February 22, 2020: CONGRATULATIONS to our own Jaiden Grivette for being elected as the Central Region FFA Vice President South! She will be serving the 23,000+ members of the Central Region over the next year. We are so proud!
March 10, 2020: Students attended the Regional Awards Night. 25 students were awarded their California FFA State Degree, the state's highest honor that only 3% of the membership will receive. Layton Oswald was recognized as the Regional Winner for his Equine Proficiency- Placement project and Joni McGinnis was recognized as the Stanislaus Tuolumne Section Star Administrator. Congratulations to all!
February 10, 2020: Congratulations to Layton Oswald for winning the Central Region FFA Proficiency in Equine Science Placement! We are so proud of his accomplishments!
January 27, 2020: This past weekend Oakdale FFA traveled to Monterey for the Made for Excellence and Advanced Leadership Academy conferences. These students developed ways to build confidence in their own leadership style and how to foster networking relationships in our community!

March 24, 2022: Holly Hixon competed in the State Creed Speaking contest in Sacramento. She placed 6th in the state. Congratulations Holly!
February 25-27, 2020: Caleb Bairos and Taytn Silva attended the Sacramento Leadership Experience (SLE). They were selected as 2 of 75 students from the entire state to participate in this conference. This conference is the capstone event in the California FFA Leadership curriculum. Caleb and Tatyn stepped into the role of a California State Legislators and learned about government, issues in agriculture and ethics, water and natural resources, food and nutrition, and education. The conference culminates with a legislative session on the chamber floor of either the state assembly or senate.
February 24, 2020: We are proud to announce that Devon Pastor Guzman, our chapter parliamentarian, has been selected to serve as the Program of Activities Chairman at this year's State Convention. Devon will lead his committee through their work to recommend changes that will affect all of California FFA's members. Congratulations PG! We are so excited for you!
February 1, 2020: Our first novice Parliamentary Procedure team competed in their first competition at MJC. They competed in several rounds and ended up winning 2nd place! Nice job Mustangs! Team consists of David Diebner, Kyla Green, Aaliyah Ruiz, Nicole Carter, Michaiah Richison, and Haleigh Redding.
March 7, 2020: The livestock judging, farm power, parli pro, BIG, AET Farm Records, and floral teams competed at the UC Davis Field Day.
